Eugène Paashuis | Lumieus 

Eugène studied Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design for a few years. After that, he was with his characteristic a passionate filmmaker and worked until 2013 as a director at the VPRO programs as Noorderlicht, Tegenlicht, Thema and Holland Doc. There he highlighted figuratively reality; in his spare time he designed and made prototypes of light fixtures. Today it is the other way around; Eugene is now focusing on design and manufacture of true light and occasionally he is doing film work. Make light & break it, that he likes the most.

Jan Hoogervorst

Jan Hoogervorst was trained as an artist, after art school he focused on the trade of carpenter and worked as assistant at a renowned cabinetmaker as well as in his own business. His products are characterized by an at first sight simple design, complemented by a high efficiency.

Jan was inspired by Fibonacci Klaarhamer, Rietveld and Donald Judd. The cushions are designed by the acclaimed artist Christie van der Haak (Ouborgprijs 2015).

The following home accessories serve not only independently, as objects in an interior; they also lend themselves to an additive role. The storage function provided a distinctive value.
